Ratings

When your work on a campaign is approved, you and the artist or label can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. Ratings are hidden until both of you have rated, or until 14 days after approval, whichever comes first. Your average rating appears on your Creator Profile.

Rate a campaign

  1. Open an approved claim from My Work.
  2. Under Rate this campaign, choose 1 to 5 stars.
  3. Optionally write a comment, for example how clear the brief was, how quickly you were approved and whether the pay was fair.
  4. Click Submit rating.

The Rate this campaign section with the stars, the comment box and the Submit rating button

If they haven't rated you yet, you'll see "Rating submitted. It stays hidden until they rate you back." If they already have, you'll see "Rating submitted — both ratings are now visible".

Why ratings are hidden at first

Neither side can see the other's rating before giving their own. That keeps ratings honest: nobody rates in reaction to what the other person said. Under What they said about you, you'll see "They haven't rated yet." or that their rating is in but hidden until yours is.

After 14 days from approval, any rating that was given becomes visible even if the other side never rated.

Change your rating

Click Update rating on your submitted rating, change the stars or comment and save. Changing your rating doesn't hide it again once it's visible.

Where ratings show

  • Your average and the number of reviews appear as Rating on your Creator Profile.
  • Your rating is one of the things used when matching creators to campaigns, so a good track record helps.

Common questions

Can I rate before my work is approved?

No. "Ratings open once the work is approved — there is nothing to rate before then."

Can I remove a rating I received?

No. If a rating breaks the rules, for example it's abusive, send us a message from the chat on this page, or email team@ammdistro.com.
