# Contact support

Use the chat button at the bottom right of any AMM Distro or ANTHM page, or the chat on this page, or email team@ammdistro.com. We reply in the same chat or by email.

If you have an AMM Distro manager, you can also contact them directly.

## Help us answer faster

Include:

* The email address you sign in with
* Your account or artist name
* The release title, and its UPC or ISRC if you have them
* What you expected to happen and what happened instead
* The exact error message, or a screenshot

Write from the email address on your account when you can, so we can find your account and confirm it's you.

## Things only our team can do

Contact support for:

* Changing the email address you sign in with
* Fixing a release that's already in stores, when **Request changes** isn't available for it. The release page says "Changes to this release have to be made by our team. Contact support."
* Taking a release down from stores
* Changing an artist profile link that's locked after delivery
* Changing your PayPal payout email
* Correcting details on your tax form
* Questions about a hold on your account, or a copyright claim

## Before you write

A few quick checks:

* Can't sign in: check you're using the email your invitation was sent to, and check spam for the sign-in link.
* Release status: open the release. Its status card says what's happening and what's next.
* Money: the getting-paid checklist on **Money** shows what's left to set up.
