# Sign the creator agreement

Some campaigns come with a short creator agreement. It says what the artist or label can do with your video, where, for how long, and who owns it. If a campaign has one, you need to sign it before you can submit your video. You can read the brief and start filming before you sign.

## How you know a campaign has an agreement

When you click **Submit for review** on a claim that has an unsigned agreement, you'll see "Sign the campaign agreement before submitting your work." The agreement is created when your claim is accepted.

## Read the agreement

The agreement opens with a summary of the terms:

* **What the buyer can do**: for example, use your post organically only, with no paid ads unless they ask you again.
* **Exclusivity**: whether you can work with others during the campaign. "None" means you can work with anyone, any time.
* **Where**: the territory, for example worldwide.
* **How long**: for example "12 months from the day you post".
* **Who owns the video**: either "You keep it — the buyer gets a licence" or that ownership passes to the buyer once you're paid.

Below the summary is the full agreement text, including the fee and the usage terms. Click **PDF** at the top to download a copy.

## Sign it

1. Scroll to **Sign**.
2. Check **Full legal name**. Typing your name here is your electronic signature.
3. Enter your **Date of birth**.
4. Tick the box that confirms you're the person named, you've read the agreement and you agree to sign electronically.
5. Click **Sign agreement**.

You'll see "Agreement signed. You can start on the deliverable." We email you a copy of the signed agreement. You can now submit your video.

If you don't agree with the terms, click **Decline**. You won't be able to submit for that campaign. If something in the terms looks wrong, send us a message before you decline.

## If you're under 18

If your date of birth shows you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to co-sign. Enter their name, their email and how they're related to you. We email them a link to co-sign. You'll see "Signed — we've emailed your parent or guardian to co-sign." You can submit once they've signed.

### I can't find the agreement

Send us a message from the chat on this page, or email team@ammdistro.com, with the campaign name. We'll send you the link.

### Can I change the terms?

No. The terms are set for the campaign. If you need different terms, contact us before you sign.

### Do all campaigns have an agreement?

No. Only campaigns that set one.
